Manpower affairs are one of the aspects that cannot be sparated from the business operations, for which manya laws and regulations on manpower employement have been established with the purpose of providing protection to both the employees and the employer.

While manpower issues are very sensitive and vulnerable in Indonesia, there are several regulations that seemed to be “overlapping” one another. This conditions has become a handicap in the implementation of the regulations as well as in the settlement of labor/ employment disputes.

For these reasons, manpower affairs cannot be treated as trivial matters and must be dealt with seriously to avoid any risks likely to arise from the employment process.
